The footprint of the four-story structure has 257 feet by 432 feet with the underground garage. The total area is 198,000 sq. ft.
Lateral resisting system of the structure consist of steel moment frames and diagonally braced shear walls. 3” metal deck with 5"concrete fill of a total 8" slab thickness has spans up to 27 feet.
