The structure is located in the Midtown at the intersection of 11th Avenue and 47th street. The building was Design as a Maserati–Alfa Romeo five-story 25,000 sq. feet dealership with two upper stories as well as cellar service areas. The double stack storage racks are situated on the roof. The waterproofed foundation wall and foundation will withstand 8 feet of the groundwater pressure.
