  This six-story mixed-use development designed by Dome of Architecture is located at the intersection of Coney Island and Foster Avenues in Brooklyn. The building hosts underground parking, retail spaces at the ground floor, and apartments on the upper floors

  The structural system is cast-in-place reinforced concrete two way slabs supported by concrete columns and shear walls.

    Support of Excavation was developed by LK Design Bureau.
