The Pre-K Center at 1215 Avenue X has the space of 13400 square feet including six classrooms, two multifunctional activity rooms, offices, accessory spaces, a roof terrace and rear yard for outdoor activities.
Project challenges included a limited budget and strict zoning regulations.
