  The structure located in Midwood area at the intersection of Avenue M and East 12th Street.  Seven-story luxury, 59 units building is two-way flat slab structure.

 Half of interior columns were supported by the transfer beams at the the first floor, which allowed making the ground floor vast and spacious. 

 

  Twelve feet deep underpinning of adjacent building was performed to create garage for the new residents.
